Anita Figueiredo is a Marketing consultant, specialized in brand development, product launch and branded content.
Anita holds over 18 years’ experience running Marketing and Communications teams in leading companies. She worked as Sr. Marketing Director for Latin America at IMS Internet Media Services, held the office of Marketing & Sales Operations for Latin America at Getty Images, and was head of the Marketing team at Staples Argentina.
She previously worked for almost a decade at Natura Cosméticos and Cosméticos AVON, where she had regional responsibility over the Fragrances, Personal Care and Hair Care categories. Anita has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina and an Executive MBA from IAE Business School, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
She is mentor of entrepreneurs at Endeavor, and a faculty member at ADEN Business School and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Previously, she gave graduate classes at the Universidad Católica Argentina for ten years, and developed remote coaching activities for Community Management and Digital Marketing courses for UTN and Net-Learning.
SEBASTIÁN PASCHMANN

Sebastián Paschmann is a Marketing, Commercial and Communications strategy consultant.
Over his twenty years’ experience, he has been Marketing Manager at Staples Argentina and Marketing and Business Development Director at Nextperience, among other leadership roles in commercial and marketing teams. Since 2012, he advises numerous organizations as an external consultant, focusing on the development of growing companies.
He has a degree in Advertising and an MBA from UADE Business School.
In the academic sphere, Sebastián is a professor in executive and postgraduate programs; he is also the Director of the Strategic Marketing Program at Torcuato Di Tella University, a faculty member at Universidad de San Andrés’s Master’s Degree in Marketing and a guest professor at IAE Business School and at ADEN Business School. He has dedicated over a decade to teaching, giving classes at UADE Business School and at Universidad Católica Argentina.
Sebastián is also a lecturer and a professor at numerous seminars, workshops and conferences related to his areas of expertise: Marketing, Communications, Business Strategy and Marketing in the digital environment.
